Hello Year One,
Hope you have had a good week. Once again you have been working so hard on your learning activities. I absolutely loved your Dinosaur stories from last week they had some really exciting plots. You also came up with some fantastic Dinosaur similes comparing Dinosaurs to different things using the key word "like".
This week you are going to plan and host a Dinosaur party to celebrate Dinosaurs - because lets face it they are brilliant creatures! I am asking you to host a party with your family and even you toys. Have some fun by playing some party games. You English activities will be based around the party organisation so i look forward to hearing what you have planned.
Math`s this week we are revisiting addition and subtraction and looking at number sentences to represent this as well as continuing to revise those number bonds.
On a personal note you will all be pleased to know that my new family member Duggee arrived safely this week. He has settled in really nicely. He is such a good boy and very playful. He loves chewing cardboard boxes and his ball. I will be emailing you all this week and ill send you a picture of him - he is very cute!
Keep being amazing! I`m still missing you all like crazy. I am looking forward to see you all soon once it is safe for us all to be together.
