School Grounds

The school is situated just beyond the northern boundary of Bridport and is set in spacious open grounds. There are seven classrooms, an assembly hall (which is also utilised for PE) a library and a kitchen. Surrounding the school is a large grassed area, this includes both a flat area and a banked area. The flat area is used as a football pitch in the Autumn and Spring terms and an Athletics track in the summer term. The banked area is there for children to explore during playtimes in the Summer term and is often used for PE and other lessons. There are two hardcourt areas that are used both at break-times and during PE lessons. At the top of the school grounds is our school garden, this houses our wildlife pond, bird boxes and flower beds for the children to use. The PTFA has recently opened a sensory garden in the corner of the field. . Each classroom has an interactive whiteboard and the students have access to iPads to assist their learning.
