Day 4

Day 4.
Well, here we are in the Easter holidays, although it seems like we have been on holiday for a very long time!  I don't know about you but I have to check what day I am in, they all seem to feel a bit the same.  That is why it is so important to try and do things as you will soon start to use these words - and I am hearing them a lot in my house  " I'm BORED!!"  Lets hope you are all much better at finding fun things to do.  I know that Harry in Year 4 is- Harry,  I think is a MasterChef in the making.  Thank you for the amazing picture of the chocolate cake- my favourite, I hope when we are all back together I can sample a slice ( Not that exact cake obviously!)  You inspired me to bake my other favourite cake which is coffee and walnut....

I have been in my garden again dealing with those pesky weeds which seem to grow endlessly. I love being outside and walking.  I haven't been able to do much of that lately because I have hurt my leg, I'd like to tell you it was doing loads of Keepy ups but it wasn't. I have exercised a bit too much, I hope you are all keeping fit, remember we will back to doing the daily mile when we return to school and I would hate to run quicker than you all...

One of the things that makes our school so special is the outside areas and I know how much you all enjoy being outside, the trees and garden areas, we are so lucky.  I am really excited to start introducing Forest Schools into your learning when we all come back to school- in fact I can't wait, so a friend of mine has sent some activities for you all to have a go at with your families all to do with being outside and in nature. I hope you enjoy them and have fun.  Remember to drop me an email with your pictures and let me know if they are fun.

Remember to stay safe, take care of each other and see you soon.
