4: Week Commencing 27th April 2020

Maths - I See Reasoning
Please read the introduction first.
We started with a revision of Number and Place Value, followed by Addition. Next... Subtraction.
You can choose your own level to challenge yourself; bronze, silver or gold which is the most challenging.

For those of you who would like to also continue with Fractions there are sheets and powerpoints to help you.

Please try and use your Maths notebook to write the answers in, if you say which challenge you are answering and the page number then there is not a need to print the sheets if you prefer not to.
Science - What do animals need to survive?

Look through the slides to find out what animals need to survive.
Next choose one of the sheets to complete. You can use the word bank on the first sheet to give you ideas for the second sheet too.
You can write your answers in your work book if you prefer.
English - Bounce

This week I would like you to make a mini information book about your favourite ball sport.
How is it played?
Why do you like it?
Are there any sports personalities that you can write about who play this sport?
Please include diagrams and pictures to make your information book more detailed.
Don't forget to give the book a title and use sub-headings for each page.
Reading

1. Earth Day reading comprehension. Choose either 1* 2** or 3*** text and questions.
