SEND at St. Catherine's

Mrs Helen Ciorra is the Special Needs and Disability Co-ordinator (SENDCO) at St. Catherine's.

She is in school on Tuesdays through to Fridays and can be contacted via the school office.

Ofsted said: 'The quality of care for pupils who have special educational needs and/or disabilities is strong. These pupils are making good progress from their starting points.'

Drop in sessions

As part of our on-going commitment to creating a strong working partnership with you the parents, Mrs Ciorra will be holding regular half-termly drop-in sessions as the school’s SENDCo. The aim of these sessions is for you to come in for an informal chat about your child.

• Do you have any worries or concerns?
• Would you like more information about your child’s needs?
• Would you like more information about how to help your child at home?

If you can't make these session, you are always welcome to make an appointment with with our SENDco Mrs Ciorra to discuss any queries, concerns or worries. Please contact the school office to make an appointment to see her.
